Accountant

We are currently working on some thrilling projects that showcase our passion for innovation, including **Project 007** , a James Bond video game featuring an entirely original Bond story, and **Project Fantasy** , an ambitious new IP for console and PC that aims to redefine the online fantasy RPG genre. We are now seeking an **Accountant** to join our team in our **Malmö, Brighton or Copenhagen** Studio. In this role, you will work closely with our international finance department to ensure accurate and timely financial operations in compliance with local regulations. **What You Will Do** * Perform daily bookkeeping and reconciliation tasks. * Manage supplier invoices and create purchase orders. * Oversee payment procedures and ensure accuracy. * Conduct bank reconciliations. * Manage and maintain supplier relationships. * Reconcile Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. * Follow up on missing approvals and payments for creditors. * Monitor the invoice and requisition approval process in the procurement system. * Manage \& own the invoices inbox for all supplier requests \& invoices * Perform \& Support with Monthend task * Perform \& Support with Audits * Adhoc tasks **Who You Are** * Experienced: At least 3 years of experience in accounting or a related role. * Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Proficient in English * Knowledgeable: Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices. * Detail\-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work independently. * Solid understanding of ERP systems \- preferably Unit4 * Advanced Excel skills **Who We Are** IO Interactive is an independent videogame development and publishing company with studios in Copenhagen, Malmö, Barcelona, Istanbul and Brighton.
