Accountant

**Job Title:** Accountant (On\-site – Karachi) **Job Type:** Full\-Time, PHYSICAL / ON\-SITE **Salary:** 25,000 – 30,000 PKR per month **Overview** We are hiring an accountant to manage the accounting function of a growing e\-commerce business. This role requires practical accounting knowledge and attention to detail. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling transactions, and preparing reports to support business decisions. **Key Responsibilities** **Accounting \& Bookkeeping** * Maintain accurate books using QuickBooks * Record all income, expenses, and adjustments * Ensure proper separation of business and personal finances **Bank \& Wallet Management** * Handle and reconcile multiple accounts (banks, wallets, platforms) * Record transfers correctly between accounts * Perform regular reconciliations **Basic Multi\-Currency Handling** * Record transactions in different currencies (USD, AED, etc.) * Apply correct exchange rates where needed * Track basic foreign exchange differences **Reporting** * Prepare monthly reports including: * Profit \& Loss * Balance Sheet * Cash Flow * Maintain clear records of all financial activities **Required Skills \& Experience** * Basic to intermediate understanding of accounting principles * Experience with QuickBooks or similar software * Good attention to detail * Ability to manage records accurately * Basic knowledge of Excel **Nice to Have** * Experience in e\-commerce accounting * Familiarity with payment gateways and wallets * Understanding of multi\-currency transactions **What We Are NOT Looking For** * Poor record\-keeping practices * Mixing personal and business expenses * Lack of attention to detail **Working Hours** * Monday to Saturday * 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM **Location** Our office is located in Karachi (On\-Site): Al Arab Office Tower, Flat 403, 4th Floor, beside JS Bank, Main Char Minar Chorangi, Bahadurabad, Karachi
