**Role Description**
The candidate will be responsible for managing day\-to\-day operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and university policies.
**Key responsibilities include:**
* Managing accounts payable and receivable
* Preparing financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
* Maintaining general ledger and journal entries
* Managing income tax matters, including tax calculations, return filing, and compliance
* Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements
* Supporting audits and maintaining proper documentation
* Working with ERP/accounting systems for financial management
**Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in B.Com (IT), or professional qualification such as ACCA, CA\-Inter, or equivalent
* 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience
* Strong knowledge of income tax laws, tax filing procedures, and compliance requirements
* Proficiency in accounting software/ERP systems and MS Excel
* Good analytical, organizational, and problem\-solving skills
* High level of integrity and attention to detail
