**Company Description** Golden Alpha Technologies LLP is the driving force behind 16 Alpha Alternatives Technologies Fund and acts as an incubator for innovative business ventures. We specialize in nurturing and scaling start\-ups created by our in\-house analysts and team members, from stock\-market media brands to technology\-focused consumer platforms. **Role Description** This is a full\-time, on\-site role for an Accountant based in New Delhi. The Accountant will manage day\-to\-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, preparing financial statements, managing budgets, and handling tax compliance. Additional responsibilities include analyzing and reconciling financial data, processing payroll, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting. **Qualifications** * Proven skills in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial analysis * Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Excel and accounting platforms * Knowledge of tax compliance, budgeting, and financial reporting standards * Strong organizational, analytical, and problem\-solving abilities * Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field * Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements is a plus * Prior experience in a tech\-focused or start\-up environment is advantageous
