**Job Overview**
Our client is seeking an
**Accountant Expert**
to contribute advanced accounting knowledge in a technology\-driven environment. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to analyze complex financial and marketing data, supporting the training and refinement of AI models and shaping data\-driven decision\-making processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Analyze and interpret complex

* Develop and implement

to guide AI model training and evaluation using accounting domain expertise.
* Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in
**Accounting**
or a related field
* Minimum
**3 years of professional accounting experience**
* Strong
**written and verbal communication skills**
with meticulous attention to detail
* Proven ability to
**analyze complex data**
and apply accounting principles to solve challenging problems
* Experience creating structured
**rubrics and frameworks**
for quantitative and qualitative evaluation
* Comfortable working
**remotely**
in a collaborative, fast\-paced environment
* Demonstrated
**critical thinking**
and independent problem\-solving skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 7\+ years of professional experience, preferably across
**diverse accounting environments**
* Prior experience contributing to
**AI model development or technology\-driven projects**
* Advanced accounting or finance certifications (e.g.,
**CPA, CMA**
)
