If you care about your career, enjoy improving how things work, and want to bring your **A\-game every day** , this could be the role for you. **The Role:** Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will work closely with a small collaborative finance team and take ownership of core management accounting responsibilities, including: * Month\-end processes, reporting and analysis * Accruals, reconciliations and financial controls * Departmental cost reviews and performance insights * Business partnering across the organisation * Supporting payroll processes across multiple locations * Improving and automating finance processes * Mentoring and supporting the Assistant Accountant This is a role for someone who **wants their ideas heard** and enjoys helping build a more efficient, modern finance function. **What We’re Looking For** * Experience in a **Management Accountant or similar finance role, or accountant on the up** * Ideally experience within an **SME environment** * Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail * Someone proactive who enjoys improving systems and processes * Part\-qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) or **qualified by experience** **The Culture** This is a **modern business with a genuinely inclusive culture** , where collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement are part of everyday life.
