**Job Title:**  Accountant **Company:**  BikeBox Motorcycles Trading **Location:** Saudi Arabia **Salary:** SAD 2,000 – 4,000 (Based on Experience) **Visa:**  Provided **Accommodation:** Provided **About the Role:** BikeBox Motorcycles Trading is looking for a skilled and logical Accountant to join its accounts team in Saudi Arabia. The company operates commercial motorcycle repair workshops and spare parts trading in Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for someone with strong reconciliation skills and hands\-on accounting experience in trading or inventory\-based businesses. You will be part of the accounts team handling day\-to\-day accounting, reporting, and coordination with operations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Account reconciliations (customers, vendors, banks, inter\-company) * Preparation and submission of sales invoices * Payment follow\-ups, offsets, and adjustments * Salary processing and management of payables * Preparation of accounting and management reports * Stock and inventory reconciliation (workshops \& spare parts) * Coordination with operations for order placement and confirmations * Identifying discrepancies, gaps, and process improvements * Responding to client queries related to invoices and balances * Handling all routine accounting responsibilities **Requirements:** * Proven experience as an Accountant (trading, workshop, or inventory\-based business preferred) * Strong logical and reconciliation skills * Good understanding of inventory and stock accounting * Ability to take ownership and work independently * Willingness to expand beyond routine accounting tasks * Good communication and follow\-up skills * Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel **What We’re Looking For:** * Accuracy, logic, and accountability * A problem\-solving mindset * Someone who can grow with the business and support operations, not just bookkeeping. **Why Join Us?** * Competitive salary based on experience * Free visa and accommodation * Stable and growing work environment **How to Apply** If you are passionate about finance and meet the above qualifications, we want to hear from you!
