The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations. Other daily tasks include processing invoices and payroll, managing accounts payable and receivable, performing bank reconciliations, and supporting financial audits. The Accountant will also collaborate with cross\-functional teams to provide financial insights and analysis for decision\-making. **Qualifications** * Proficiency in core accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, preparing financial statements, and compliance with accounting standards. * Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with the ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights. * Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and MS Excel. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines. * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification is a plus). * Familiarity with local tax regulations and compliance requirements in India.
