**Position:** Accounting – AI Trainer **Type:** Contract **Compensation:** $60\-$90/hr **Location:** Remote **Commitment:** 10\-40 hours/week **Role Responsibilities** * Develop and refine AI training datasets grounded in GAAP compliance and accounting best practices. * Create structured rubrics and evaluation criteria to assess AI model performance in accounting scenarios. * Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to identify improvement opportunities in AI\-driven accounting solutions. * Review and validate AI\-generated accounting outputs to ensure accuracy, compliance, and regulatory alignment. * Document accounting workflows, edge cases, and recommendations to enhance model quality. * Participate in cross\-functional knowledge\-sharing sessions to bridge accounting expertise with AI development. * Stay updated on evolving tax regulations, compliance requirements, and accounting software advancements to inform AI training efforts. **Requirements** * Proven professional accounting experience with strong expertise in GAAP compliance and tax preparation. * Demonstrated experience preparing and reviewing tax documents and compliance filings. * Proficiency in leading accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or similar platforms. * Hands\-on experience managing general ledgers, reconciliations, and financial statements. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. * Strong analytical abilities and high attention to detail. * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a remote environment. **Application Process** * Upload resume * Interview (15 min) * Submit form
