Accountant | $90/hr Remote

**Position:** Accounting – AI Trainer **Type:** Contract **Compensation: $** 60\-$90/hr **Location:** Remote **Commitment:** 10–40 hours/week **Role Responsibilities** * Develop and refine AI training datasets using deep accounting expertise with a focus on GAAP compliance. * Create clear rubrics and evaluation criteria to assess AI performance in accounting and finance workflows. * Review, validate, and provide structured feedback on AI\-generated accounting outputs for accuracy and compliance. * Document accounting processes, edge cases, and decision logic to strengthen AI model behavior. * Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to identify gaps and improvement opportunities in AI accounting systems. * Participate in cross\-functional knowledge\-sharing sessions to align accounting practices with AI development. * Stay current with changes in accounting standards, tax regulations, and accounting software to inform ongoing training. **Requirements** * Proven professional experience in accounting with strong knowledge of GAAP, tax preparation, and compliance. * Hands\-on experience preparing and reviewing tax filings and regulatory documentation. * Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or equivalent platforms. * Experience managing general ledgers, reconciliations, and financial statements. * Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining accounting concepts clearly. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment. **Application Process** * Upload resume * Interview (15 min) * Submit form
