Accountancy Assistant

If so, this role could be for you! York and Scarborough NHS Foundation Trust are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Financial Accounting Team on a full time basis. Responsibilities include; * Reconcile the Control Accounts including the Bank Account and PAYE reconciliations * To investigate queries raised from the reconciliation process. * To prepare the information for the payment to PAYE and Pensions agency each month. * To maintain and update relevant spreadsheets. * Cover for colleagues on occasions and assist members of the team Our work is audited and it is therefore vital that control procedures are followed with accurate records maintained. This role will require a conscientious person with excellent attention with a 'getting it right first time' attitude.
