Job Description
**Company Description**
Since 2018, Trelson has helped K\-12 schools across the Nordics and beyond create focused learning environments by locking down student devices during exams and lessons, preventing distractions and cheating, and giving teachers the conditions they need to properly assess their students.
Until recently, Trelson was exclusively available to schools running Google for Education, where we’ve built a strong and loyal customer base. We don’t just sell software; we become a long\-term partner to the schools and municipalities we work with. We’ve now expanded the platform to support Microsoft 365 Education as well, and that’s where you come in.
**Role Description**
We’re looking for an Account \& Partnership Manager who will own Trelson’s entry into the Microsoft school market in the Nordics. This isn’t a pure sales role. You’ll be responsible for the full customer relationship, from the first conversation with a school leader or ICT manager, through the sales process, pilot period, onboarding, and long after the contract is signed.
You’ll be working with decision\-makers and influencers at schools and municipalities: principals, central school administrators, education and ICT managers, and procurement officers. Building genuine, lasting trust with these people is the core of what this role is about. They need to feel supported, heard, and confident that Trelson is a partner they can rely on, not just a vendor they bought something from.
Because we’re a small team, you’ll need to be comfortable wearing many hats. You’ll jump in where needed, take initiative without being asked, and treat every task, big or small, with the same level of care and professionalism.
Over time, this role will also grow to include partnership development with other EdTech providers. Managing and growing these “better together” partnerships will become a significant part of your responsibilities. You’ll identify new partnership opportunities, build relationships with EdTech vendors, and work together to create joint value propositions that make a real difference for schools.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
* Identify and engage schools and municipalities that run Microsoft 365 Education, and lead the sales process from first contact to signed agreement
* Run product demonstrations tailored to the needs of school leaders, ICT managers, and administrators
* Support customers through pilot periods, answering questions, gathering feedback, and making sure the experience is smooth
* Be the ongoing point of contact for your customer portfolio, ensuring they feel supported and are getting real value from the product
* Monitor and participate in procurement processes, including documentation and tender responses
* Represent Trelson at trade shows and industry events
* Produce tailored materials and demos that communicate our value clearly within the Microsoft ecosystem
* Once established in the role, take ownership of Trelson’s partner portfolio, building and maintaining relationships with other EdTech providers whose platforms integrate with ours
* Develop joint materials, use cases, and go\-to\-market approaches together with partners
* Act as the internal advocate for partnerships, feeding insights back to the product and leadership team about what integrations matter most to customers
**Who We're Looking For**
You’re a natural relationship\-builder who understands that trust is earned through consistency, honesty, and follow\-through, not through polished pitches. You enjoy the challenge of opening doors in a new market, but you get just as much satisfaction from knowing that a customer you’ve worked with for two years still feels well taken care of.
You understand that the best deals aren’t always the ones you close alone. You’re comfortable working across organizational boundaries, with customers, colleagues, and external partners, and you know how to find the angle that makes a collaboration worthwhile for everyone involved.
**Qualifications**
* At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer success
* EdTech or SaaS experience is a strong plus
* Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken
* Comfortable navigating complex organizations with multiple stakeholders
* Minimum upper secondary school diploma (gymnasieexamen)
Qualifications aside, personal fit with our team and values will be the deciding factor in our hiring process.
**Our Philosophy**
At Trelson, we operate by three principles that guide how we work, with each other and with our customers:
* Take initiative: We don’t wait for permission to act. If you spot an opportunity to improve something, take the lead and own the first step and drive change.
* Strive for excellene – not perfection: Focus on doing your best with intention, effort, and professionalism, no matter the scale of the task.
* Build trust through action: We follow through on our commitments. When challenges arise, we’re transparent, learn quickly, and focus on solutions.
* If this sounds like how you already operate, you’ll fit right in.
**How to Apply**
Employment: Full\-time, with a 6\-month probationary period
Start: April/May 2026
Location: Stockholm
