Accounting Manager – Holiday Homes Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Industry: Holiday Homes / Short\-Term Rentals / Hospitality Reporting Line: Reports directly to the CEO Employment Type: Full\-Time \-\-\- About the Role We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to take full ownership of the accounting and financial operations of our Holiday Homes company in the UAE. This is a hands\-on leadership role suited for a hospitality finance professional who can manage complexity, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial insight to support executive decision\-making. Candidates without UAE hospitality or holiday homes experience will not be considered. \-\-\- Key Requirements Minimum 8 years of accounting experience in the UAE Mandatory experience in Holiday Homes, Short\-Term Rentals, Hotels, or Hospitality Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks and ERP systems Proven hands\-on experience with: UAE VAT UAE Corporate Tax Tourism Fees Multi\-unit revenue tracking OTA reconciliations (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) Owner settlements Strong financial analysis and reporting skills Ability to prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash\-flow projections Ability to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations \-\-\- Responsibilities Full ownership of accounting and financial operations Ensure full compliance with UAE tax and regulatory requirements Manage revenue reconciliation across multiple platforms and units Prepare monthly management reports, budgets, and forecasts Monitor financial performance and identify improvement opportunities Support the CEO with financial analysis and strategic decision\-making How to Apply Please send your CV to: Ceo@the\-authors.com
