Our company **Strikersoft** , with offices in Stockholm, Kyiv and Bucharest and over 14 years of history, is expanding its team and is looking for a **Account Manager** for our office in Sweden (Kista). We are looking for a high\-performing **Account Manager** to spearhead our growth in the Swedish market. This is not a "maintenance" role; it is an operational, high\-impact position for a seasoned professional who understands the IT consultancy landscape and thrives on the "hunt" as much as the "harvest."  You will have a strong mandate and a direct line to decision\-makers. We value action over bureaucracy, and we need someone who can independently navigate the entire sales lifecycle—from cold prospecting to high\-level strategic closing—while building a sustainable, profitable portfolio.  **Your Responsibilities:** ✔️ **Full\-Cycle Sales Leadership:** Drive the end\-to\-end sales process, including prospecting (Phone, LinkedIn, Email), lead qualification, and closing complex consultancy deals.  ✔️ **Strategic Account Development:** Move beyond transactional sales to become a trusted advisor. You will conduct deep market research to identify growth opportunities and differentiate our offerings.  ✔️ **Consultative Solution Selling:** Translate complex technical capabilities into business value. You will work closely with CTOs and technical stakeholders to deliver bespoke IT solutions.  ✔️ **Pipeline \& CRM Mastery:** Maintain rigorous standards for data integrity within our CRM. You will manage your own forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning to ensure a steady, predictable pipeline.  ✔️ **Internal Coordination:** Bridge the gap between the client’s vision and our delivery teams, ensuring that every engagement is both technically feasible and commercially viable.  **Who You Are** You are a self\-starter who doesn’t need a massive corporate structure to be effective. You are comfortable in the "grey area" of complex negotiations and can pivot your communication style from technical specialists to C\-suite executives with ease. Most importantly: you are a closer.  **Required Experience \& Competencies:** ✔️ **Proven Track Record:** At least 4–6 years of experience in IT Consultancy Sales or high\-end B2B technology services.  **Solution Selling Expertise:** Demonstrated ability to sell complex services and "approaches" rather than just headcounts or standalone products.  ✔️ **Technical Literacy:** A solid understanding of the IT landscape (Development, Cloud, or Digital Transformation) to position our expertise accurately.  ✔️ **Strategic Planning:** Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles (6\+ months) while maintaining momentum and trust.  ✔️ **Tool Proficiency:** Advanced experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and modern prospecting tools.  ✔️ **Market Intelligence:** Ability to analyze market dynamics in Sweden to identify and exploit new niches.  **Why Join Us?** ✔️ **Autonomy:** We trust your expertise.
