Job Description
**The Role**
You will be responsible for expanding revenue within a portfolio of high\-potential CPG customers by helping them discover new ways Sinalite can support their packaging needs.
Your role is to help them
**scale their packaging programs**
, identify new packaging opportunities, and become a trusted partner as their business grows.
Success in this role comes from
**building strong relationships, understanding your customers’ products and ambitions, and proactively identifying opportunities to support their growth.**
**What You’ll Do**
* Own and grow a portfolio of
**Tier A and Tier B\+ CPG customer accounts with strong expansion potential**
* Identify opportunities to
**increase Sinalite's share of each customer’s packaging spend**
* Expand the number of
**SKUs customers purchase from Sinalite**
* Discover
**packaging products customers currently source from other suppliers**
* Proactively engage customers to uncover opportunities such as: new product launches, new packaging formats, packaging redesigns, \& SKU expansion.
* Prepare
**quotes and proposals**
for new packaging opportunities
* Educate customers on
**packaging materials, formats, and finishes**
* Conduct
**customer visits and host plant tours**
to strengthen relationships
* Collaborate with
**production and operations teams**
to ensure successful project execution
* Manage
**customer escalations and key issues**
when they arise
* Maintain regular communication with customers to stay informed on
**future packaging needs**

**Who We’re Looking For**
We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships and helping customers grow their businesses.

**Experience That Helps**
* Account management or B2B sales experience
* Experience selling physical products
* Experience working with business customers
**Highly Preferred**
* Packaging or printing industry experience
* Experience working with
**CPG, food \& beverage, or consumer brands**
