Our team is collaborative, fast\-paced, and focused on delivering exceptional results for our clients. **Position Overview** Maverick XM is seeking an organized and proactive Account Manager to oversee the execution and growth of one of our key client programs. This role plays a critical part in ensuring programs are delivered smoothly across multiple markets while maintaining strong client relationships and supporting field teams. The Account Manager acts as the central point of coordination between the client, the Maverick team, and field staff executing programs, ensuring programs are delivered smoothly from planning through execution and reporting. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast\-paced agency environment. **Key Responsibilities** Client Management * Serve as the primary day\-to\-day contact for assigned client programs * Maintain regular communication with clients regarding program updates, schedules, and deliverables * Ensure client expectations are clearly communicated to internal teams * Support the development and growth of the client relationship Program Execution * Oversee the execution of experiential marketing, sampling, and merchandising programs * Coordinate program rollouts, activations, and field initiatives across multiple markets * Monitor program progress and ensure timelines and deliverables are met * Address operational issues and identify solutions to maintain program quality Field Team Coordination * Communicate with field merchandisers and brand ambassadors to support program execution * Provide direction, updates, and guidance to field teams * Monitor field activity to ensure compliance with program guidelines and brand standards * Review field reporting and follow up where needed Reporting and Performance Tracking * Review field reports to ensure accuracy and completeness * Compile updates and summaries for internal leadership and client reporting * Track program metrics and help monitor performance across markets Operational Coordination * Work closely with internal leadership to ensure programs are properly staffed and supported * Assist with scheduling, territory coordination, and resource planning * Support the use of internal systems used for scheduling, reporting, and communication **Qualifications** * 3\+ years of experience in account management, experiential marketing, field marketing, or agency environments * Strong organizational and project management skills * Excellent communication and relationship management abilities * Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast\-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving skills **Preferred Experience** * Experience managing retail merchandising or retail activation programs * Experience coordinating distributed field teams across multiple markets * Familiarity with workforce management or reporting systems used to manage field teams **What We Offer** * A collaborative and supportive team environment * Opportunity to work with well\-known consumer brands * A dynamic agency environment where no two days are the same * Opportunities for professional growth as Maverick XM continues to expand **Compensation** * Base Salary: $56,000 \- $66,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. * Performance Bonus: Eligibility for performance\-based bonuses tied to program performance, client satisfaction, and overall account management effectiveness. * Lead Generation Bonus: Additional incentives may be earned through lead generation activities that result in new client opportunities or program expansions. These bonuses are not capped. * Total compensation will be reviewed periodically based on performance and business growth.
