You’ll identify, engage, and win new clients \- primarily medium to large listed companies \- by selling IDX’s digital solutions. After closing new business, you will retain and grow those accounts, building long\-term relationships and identifying upsell and cross\-sell opportunities over time. **What You'll Be Doing** **New Business Development** * Identify, prospect, and engage new business opportunities across the Nordics * Build a pipeline through outreach, networking, and inbound leads * Lead client meetings and pitch IDX’s digital services and consultancy offerings * Convert prospects into long\-term clients **Sales \& Growth (Existing Accounts)** * Act as the primary contact for key client accounts across the Nordic region * Identify upsell and cross\-sell opportunities within existing clients * Advise clients on digital services, including corporate websites and related consultancy * Prepare clear, tailored proposals aligned with client goals * Contribute to revenue growth and meet sales targets **Collaboration \& Delivery** * Work closely with internal teams to deliver high\-quality digital solutions * Lead client discussions and provide strategic guidance * Track pipeline, account performance, and client health in CRM systems * Stay informed on digital trends and IDX’s evolving offerings **Operations** * Oversee client billing and support accurate reporting with finance **Skills \& Experience** * 5\+ years in a revenue generating new business sales or account management role (B2B environment preferred) * Proven ability to generate new business and grow accounts within digital or technology services * Strong relationship\-building skills with a consultative approach * Excellent communication and presentation skills in English * Fluency in Swedish (written and spoken) is required * Self\-motivated, structured, and comfortable working independently * Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., MS Dynamics, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office **About Us** IDX isn't your average communications company.
