**Account Manager – Food Ingredients** A leading global manufacturer and marketer in the food colors and ingredients industry is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team in Toronto, Ontario. This individual will play a key role in driving business growth across the region, reporting directly into the North America Sales Director. **Key Responsibilities:** * Achieve individual strategic and profitable sales growth, meeting monthly and annual targets * Develop and execute business plans to expand and retain business in assigned accounts/territory * Continuously identify and convert new sales prospects within the assigned region * Manage and cultivate relationships with key accounts * Oversee and coordinate with appointed brokers/distributors * Collaborate with customer care representatives on operational matters * Deliver impactful sales presentations to direct accounts as well as those managed by partners * Gather and maintain market intelligence on competitors * Manage trade shows, sales presentations, and local marketing events within the territory * Uphold and promote the organization’s culture and core values * Represent the company with professionalism among customers, partners, and the industry community **Requirements:** * Minimum 3\-5 years of sales/account management experience in the food color/ingredient sector * Based in Toronto, Ontario * Proven track record of developing and managing key accounts * Experience managing distributors, brokers, and/or customer service operations * Strong presentation and negotiation skills * Ability to travel within the territory as required * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities * Self\-motivated and results\-driven If you are interested in learning more, please do apply directly.
