We are hiring an
**Account Manager**
to join a globally recognised business specialising in immersive and experiential technology. With a strong international presence, this organisation partners with major brands, retailers, and entertainment venues to deliver innovative, interactive experiences.
**The Role**
As an
**Account Manager**
, you will be a key member of the Client Services team, taking ownership of projects from initial brief through to final delivery.
This is
**not a business development role**
. Instead, you will focus on managing and delivering approved opportunities, acting as the day\-to\-day client lead across pitching, contracting, and execution.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage projects end\-to\-end, from brief through to delivery
* Act as the main point of contact for clients during pitch and delivery phases
* Support and execute pitch responses for inbound opportunities
* Prepare and submit RFI/RFP responses with accuracy and attention to detail
* Maintain client portals, vendor registrations, and documentation libraries
* Coordinate with internal creative and technical teams to meet deadlines
* Ensure projects are delivered in line with expectations and agreed frameworks
* Escalate any commercial or scope changes where required
**Requirements**
* 3–5 years’ experience in Account Management or Client Services
* Experience within a project\-based environment (creative, experiential, digital, or production)
* Exposure to the GCC market (Arabic is advantageous)
* Experience working on RFI/RFP processes and pitch support
* Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills (Figma is a plus)
* Highly organised, detail\-driven, and comfortable working under pressure
* A proactive, process\-led mindset with an interest in immersive or emerging technologies
