**About Chimeable** Chimeable is a product sampling and UGC platform operating across the US and Canada. We partner with major CPG brands like P\&G, Heinz, and e.l.f. Cosmetics to run campaigns that put products in the hands of real consumers who share authentic reviews and social media content. **The Role** We're looking for an Account Manager to own client relationships and campaign execution from start to finish. You'll be equally comfortable on a client call and inside a campaign dashboard, turning client goals into live campaigns and making sure they deliver results. **While the position is remote, it requires travel to client locations and industry trade shows to represent Chimeable and strengthen client relationships.** **What You'll Do** * Own a portfolio of brand and agency clients from kickoff through campaign completion and renewal * Lead client onboarding and translate brand goals into clear, executable campaign plans * Build, launch, and manage campaigns including activities, member selection, instructions, and messaging * Monitor campaign performance and proactively flag and resolve issues * Manage end\-to\-end sample fulfillment logistics, coordinating with clients and warehouse partners * Prepare and send periodic performance reports and present post\-campaign wrap\-ups * Coordinate with internal teams to keep multiple campaigns on track * Travel to client offices and trade show events to support business development and client relationships **What We're Looking For** * 2\-4 years in an account management, client success, or campaign management role, ideally in a marketing, e\-commerce, or CPG\-adjacent environment * Strong communicator who can translate client needs into execution and simplify complexity * Extremely organized, detail\-oriented, and proactive; you maintain a very strong attention to detail and proactively identify and raise potential issues * Comfortable being both strategic and hands\-on in a fast\-paced startup where processes are still being built * Experience writing customer\-facing content such as emails and notification messages is a plus * Proficient in using AI tools to increase productivity and streamline day\-to\-day workflows * Willingness and ability to travel across US \& Canada for trade shows and client visits **What We Offer** * Competitive salary * Health, dental, and vision benefits * Fully remote, flexible work environment * A front\-row seat to the evolving UGC and influencer commerce space * And yes — plenty of free product samples from campaigns *Chimeable is an equal opportunity employer.
