Part\-Time · Performance\-Based · Remote (UAE / Egypt / KSA) About Alimento Alimento is a SaaS platform, a unified system that personalizes guest engagement and maximizes revenue across the entire hospitality journey — before, during, and after the visit — powered by real guest behavior. We enable: * Direct branded ordering channels (pre\-venue \& online ordering) * In\-venue self\-ordering (at\-table, in\-room, pool / beach side) * Data\-driven personalized upselling * Personalized follow\-ups (retention) and offers to drive repeat visits We work with multi\-branch restaurant brands and hotels across MENA. The Role We’re looking for a high\-performance Account Manager to drive pipeline and close deals, generating revenue growth. 📌 Part\-Time · Performance\-Based (no fixed salary) · Remote This is a deal\-closing role, not a support or coordination position. **You will:** * Generate qualified opportunities * Run and lead product demos * Handle objections and close deals * Drive signed and activated accounts What You Will Do * Prospect and engage restaurants \& hospitality businesses * Generate and qualify your own pipeline * Run demos independently (or with the team when needed) * Handle objections and close deals * Drive signed and activated accounts What We’re Looking For * Experience in B2B sales / business development * Proven ability to close deals independently * Strong ownership and execution mindset * Comfortable in a performance\-based environment * Ability to manage pipeline without supervision Required Background * Hospitality, SaaS, POS, or fintech experience * Experience selling to restaurants or hotels * Existing access to decision\-makers (not just contacts) * Active in UAE / Egypt / KSA Compensation (Performance\-Based) * Commission on every closed deal * Bonus on qualified meetings generated * Additional incentives for consistent performance **Typical performance:** * 2–3 deals/month → solid income * 4–6 deals/month → high\-performance tier * 7\+ deals/month → top\-tier earnings No fixed ceiling. Earnings scale with performance.
