**Account Executive – Sustainability SaaS** **Salary:** £75,000 base \+ double OTE **Location:** London (Hybrid, 2 days in office) The next step in your sales career should mean something — commercially, professionally, and personally. This is a chance to join a product\-led sustainability (ESG) software scale‑up helping leading funds and corporates get control of their ESG data and regulatory reporting (SFDR, CSRD, etc.) — moving them beyond spreadsheets to real insight and action. Regulation and investor priorities now make ESG tooling business‑critical, not “nice to have.” * **A growing market:** ESG software and sustainable finance are scaling fast, with ESG reporting tools forecast for double‑digit annual growth for years to come. * **Complex, strategic deals:** ACVs typically range from £25K–£80K\+, with multi‑stakeholder sales cycles (4–12 months) involving Heads of Sustainability, CFOs, and investment committees. * **Commercial substance:** Conversations focus on regulation, risk, and value creation across funds and portfolios — perfect for someone with an interest in finance, economics, or investing. * **Stage and upside:** Early‑stage, founder‑led business backed by deep finance and consulting experience, now building out its commercial function with room for top performers to shape its growth. **What you’ll be doing** * Run full‑cycle enterprise sales from discovery through close. * Engage senior sustainability and financial leaders across the UK, Europe, and the US. * Drive new pipeline through a mix of inbound activity and self‑sourcing. * Build sharp commercial cases that tie sustainability reporting to business value. * Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership for go‑to‑market execution. **What you’ll bring** * 4\+ years’ mid\-market/enterprise SaaS closing experience * Proven success in consultative, multi‑stakeholder deals. * Executive presence and the confidence to guide C‑level conversations. * Curiosity, drive, and a genuine interest in ESG, sustainability, or finance. **What’s on offer** * £75k base with 2x OTE (uncapped) and visibility on commission structure. * Hands‑on mentorship from senior commercial leaders who’ve scaled SaaS businesses successfully. * Exposure to global markets where sustainability, investment, and technology meet. * A collaborative, high‑performance culture that celebrates learning and big wins alike.
