**Key Responsibilities**
* Oversee all hotel operations across Rooms, Food \& Beverage, Spa/Wellness, Events, Sales \& Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, and Security to ensure seamless, flawless execution
* Champion and personally embody
**authentic hospitality**
— regularly engaging with guests (VIPs, repeat visitors, influencers) to build loyalty and gather qualitative feedback
* Drive consistent achievement of top\-tier guest satisfaction metrics (e.g., Forbes Travel Guide scores, NPS, guest comment trends, TripAdvisor/OTA rankings)
* Develop and execute annual business plans, budgets, capital expenditure programs, and revenue strategies in partnership with Revenue Management, Sales, and ownership
* Maximize profitability through revenue optimization (ADR, RevPAR, ancillary spend), cost control, market positioning, and innovative F\&B/Event concepts
* Ensure strict compliance with brand standards, statutory regulations, health \& safety, sustainability initiatives, and crisis management protocols
* Act as principal ambassador for the property — hosting high\-profile events, conducting press interviews, and building strategic relationships
**Qualifications \& Experience**
* 15\+ years of progressive leadership experience in
**luxury five\-star hotels**
or ultra\-premium resorts
* Minimum 5 years as
**General Manager**
or
**Resident Manager / Hotel Manager**
in a comparable luxury property (200\+ rooms preferred)
* Proven track record of delivering
**Forbes Five\-Star**
,
**AAA Five Diamond**
, or equivalent ratings and consistently high guest satisfaction scores
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or advanced certifications such as CHA preferred)
* Exceptional command of English (written \& spoken); fluency in Malayalam
