**Job Description (JD) – Chemistry Teacher (Class 11th \& 12th)** **Position:** Chemistry Teacher **Department:** Academic 1\. Key Responsibilities * Teach **Chemistry to Class 11th and 12th students** according to the prescribed syllabus (CBSE/State Board/Other). * Prepare **lesson plans, study materials, and practical demonstrations** for better understanding of concepts. * Conduct **theory and laboratory classes** effectively. * Explain **chemical concepts, reactions, formulas, and numerical problems** clearly. * Prepare and conduct **tests, assignments, and examinations**. * Evaluate answer sheets and provide **constructive feedback to students**. * Guide students in **board exam preparation and competitive exam basics (NEET/JEE foundation if required)**. * Maintain **student attendance, academic records, and performance reports**. * Encourage **scientific thinking and problem\-solving skills** among students. * Ensure **lab safety and proper use of chemicals and laboratory equipment**. * Participate in **academic meetings, workshops, and school activities**.
