Teachers working with these students provide social emotional learning as well as mental health strategies to build rapport and support these students while providing differentiated learning for students in a cohort model or individual learning program model. Both program models include multi\-course/age/grade and may involve on\-line learning.** The starting annual salary for this teaching position ranges from $60,394 to $109,520, with placement on the range based on length of service and qualifications in accordance with the collective agreement.
